Call me radical

I am tres excited for January 20th. I'll be toasting to the forthcoming eight years being proud, rather than embarrassed and enraged by our pres.

Still, I have trouble with inaugurations.





Obama's celebration will cost roughly $50 million in air-polluting fireworks, performers, anti-terrorist efforts, etc.


Can we just get Yo Yo Ma





and The Boss to play and call it a day?




Then, we could, you know, create some jobs, feed several African villages and chip away at ye old national debt.

Just a thought.
